Help!

I need help finding a good home for my grandmother's dog Nikki. Nikki is a 8 year old Black Sheppard. She was my grandmother's best friend and companion and I think she is the reason my grandmother hung on as long as she did. She LOVES to play outside and go on walks but she is an inside dog. She is completely house trained and is up to date on all of her shots. She has never been around kids or other dogs or cats. I think she would do well around other dogs, when we take her on walks she always wants to socialize with the other dogs in the neighborhood. If you know anyone looking for a good dog please let me know.

This past weekend Nikki went to a new/old home. After 2 months of searching we finally got in touch with Nikki's previous owner, Jeff. I got Nikki from Jeff in Dallas back in 2003. Jeff worked all day and often traveled for work leaving Nikki alone. He wanted a good home for Nikki where she wouldn't be alone all day. Jeff had told me if anything ever happened to my grandmother to please contact him. Unfortunately all of the contact information I had for Jeff was old and no longer correct. Jeff called my dad last week and couldn't wait to get Nikki back. My dad took Nikki to a pet spa to get Nikki all pretty for Jeff and dropped her off in Flower Mound (only 15 minute drive from Denton) on Saturday. We are so happy to have found Jeff and know Nikki is in a good and loving home.
