Well, as most of you know, Brian and I have been in the process of moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. After arriving last Saturday, we started looking for houses on Sunday and hopefully have found our new home for the next few years. Due to popular demand, here are some pictures.
Here is a shot of the front of the house. Unfortunately for Brian, there is only a 2 car garage, almost crushing his dream of a wood shop in the third bay of a 3 car garage...just kidding. It's a 4 (small) bedroom with formal dining, great room/family room, and a loft upstairs.
Now, probably one of my favorite parts, the kitchen. I love the dark wood, granite countertops and the hardware on the cabinets. I also love all the counter space. We will need to buy a new refrigerator.
Another part that I love about this house is the bathroom. There is tile around the tub and shower in the master bath.
More of the master bath. Note the high countertop, tile backsplash, and the dark wood on the drawers.
And for those wondering about the puppies, there is a patch of grass for them and a pool and spa for us! You can see the backyard from the kitchen and family room. This picture was taken from the upstairs deck off the master bedroom.

Don't worry, we will post more pictures of the house after we are moved in and we have not forgotten about the earlier promised posts from our last few trips in Europe.

Are you guys renting or buying?
Okay some of my favorite aspects of past houses, please let me know what will be included in this house: (in no particular order)
1) Ghetto Ice Cream Truck (Pheonix)
2) Girl Starring in the Window (Germany)
3) Blackout Blinds - forgot what they were called (germany)
4) Spare Room loaded with extra stuff with a walkway just large enough to get to bed and back (Wichita Falls)
5) Spiraling staircase with narrow stairs to fall down (Germany)
Just to name a few.....so which is my room?
That's so exciting... CONGRATS!! Look forward to seeing the inside too.
Gorgeous!! Congrats on the new home. I love the kitchen too- Marc and I have put granite counters on our list of things we'd really really like in a house. You know, if I ever graduate and move home to Texas.
