As much as we dislike living in Las Vegas, it is a very military friendly town. A military ID will get you into about anywhere for free, and in the case of the Vegas shows, with a nice discount. So with Meg in town we decided to see Le Reve. This is our second show. We saw Cirque de Solei's Mystere a few weeks ago with Heather and Kurt, and we liked Le Reve better. It is a similar concept to the "O" show at the Bellagio (also Cirque de Solei) in that it is in a round theatre with a water stage...that's right a stage made from water. We had great seats out of the "splash zone" but not too high up. Although I don't think there is a bad seat in this theatre.

Of course we couldn't take any pictures during the performance, but a few things to note. Several different "stages" came up out of the water for different part of the show which was really neat and I thought the dancers were great considering they had to dance on a wet stage that came out of the water and in heels no less.
Finally, we want to remind anyone thinking about a visit. We are looking forward to going to many more shows, but we are not repeating shows yet...but don't worry, there are about 100 more to go to until we have seen them all.
