Familiar Scene

Does this picture look familiar?  We have started the floors in the living room/media niche.  Last night (after Brian's check-ride, he is all done with training) we moved everything out of the living room and ripped out the carpet.  This morning Brian removed the baseboards and has begun scrapping the paint off of the cement.  This task his going to be much harder than the dining room, because if you look closely at the pictures you will see that the ground is mostly white.  All paint must be removed before the leveling/moisture barrier agent can be put down.  Paint remover doesn't work, so he has to remove it manually.  We hope to have all of the wood down by EOD Sunday with only the baseboards and t-molding left.  Another huge task, I hope we can keep to our timeline!  We'll keep you posted.
